Bob Smith
Co-FounderA second generation industry veteran, Bob Smith helped start AmeriFleet with a like-minded group of colleagues who wanted to offer Fleet customers a better mouse trap. Eighteen years later, Bob continues as Chairman and CEO of AmeriFleet, working closely with all facets of the business. A Colorado native, Bob spent over 25 years in manufacturing management, where he oversaw teams that built everything from nuclear safety equipment to missile components before turning to the design, sales and implementation of network systems for defense contractors. A fan of travel, Bob points to AmeriFleet's talented and dedicated employees as the company's biggest asset.

Rich Dennis
Co-FounderA co-founder of AmeriFleet along with CEO Bob Smith, Rich Dennis is the company’s current CFO and a member of its Board of Directors. A graduate of Michigan State University, Rich grew up in an automotive industry in the Detroit area. After starting his career with Enterprise Rental in the Chicago office, Rich moved to Atlanta in 1994 and helped start AmeriFleet in 1997. Rich is an integral part of AmeriFleet’s management team and is involved in all aspects of the company including sales and marketing, operations and corporate formation. Rich and his wife have a one year old son and are currently expecting a daughter.

John Norris
PresidentJohn Norris joined AmeriFleet Transportation as President in 2004. John’s prior leadership experience includes eight years as President/CEO and Board Member with a global manufacturer of industrial marking software and equipment, various Senior Vice President positions with a division of the Fortune 500 Company, American Standard Inc. and sales and marketing positions with ADT Inc. He holds an undergraduate degree and MBA’s in Marketing and Finance. He resides with his family in Johns Creek Ga. where he has lived for the past 18 years.

Kathy Massey
Corporate Vice President, Client RelationsKathy Massey joined AmeriFleet in 1999, and for much of her time has held her current title of Corporate Vice President, Client Relations. With over 25 years’ experience as a relationship management professional in the Fleet and Transportation Industries, Kathy is respected for her diligent efforts on behalf of customers, as well as a fresh approach that has helped her blaze her own trails while mentoring many young women entering the Fleet world. Kathy’s previous roles have included senior positions at PHH Arval, a major Fleet Management Company, as well as an active role in several women in fleet-themed organizations. She resides with her family in Maryland.

Arnie Braun
Vice President of Licensing ServicesArnie Braun has been with AmeriFleet since 2011, and has become a recognized expert on Licensing & Compliance Services within the Fleet industry.
An engineer himself, Arnie came to AmeriFleet after more than 5 years at Memphis-based Servicemaster, where he was part of a team that managed more than 20,000 vehicles, a majority of them work trucks. Recognized for his quick - and practical - thinking, Arnie has managed licensing services for customers across the USA and Canada, and handled purchasing, logistics, remarketing and telematics along the way.
A 2009 graduate of University of Memphis with an MBA, Arnie lives with his wife, Connie, and three young children.

Rich Pinnock
Senior Vice President and Chief Information OfficerrRich has been in the Fleet Management and Transportation Logistics industries for over 20 years holding various Senior Leadership Positions.
Rich serves as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for AmeriFleet in addition to leading AmeriFleet’s Canadian Operations.
Rich holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance, a Master’s of Science in Electronic Commerce and an MBA in international business.

Ryan Showers
Vice President of Sales and MarketingA sales and fleet industry veteran with over 15 years experience, Ryan joined the AmeriFleet team in 2013. Ryan, a native of Colorado grew up in Longmont and attended Colorado State University. After college, Ryan moved to Seattle, WA where he accepted a position with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. During Ryan’s 8 year tenure with Enterprise he relocated to Atlanta and successfully managed multiple rental branches throughout the state, Ryan last served as Corporate Sales Manager before leaving in ’08. Ryan left Enterprise to accept a position with Yogurt Ventures, Inc. where he played a key role as Business Development Manager in launching the rebrand of freshens, the company’s smoothie and frozen yogurt concept.
An experienced veteran in developing new products and new markets, Showers is in charge of helping AmeriFleet grow it’s current market share, as well as lead new initiatives in AmeriFleet’s Work Truck division.
Ryan currently lives in Roswell, GA with his wife Kathy, son William (3) and daughter Ella (1). Ryan enjoys spending time with his family and anything active and outdoors.

Terri Stiffler
Vice President of Transportation ServicesA 20-year-plus Fleet industry veteran, Terri Stiffler joined AmeriFleet in 2002 after serving as a service center liaison for PHH, one of the world’s biggest fleet management companies. As Vice President of AmeriFleet’s Transportation Services division, Terri is active in many fleet organizations, including her roles on the Membership and Communication’s committee’s of AFLA, and as Secretary of the Carolina’s chapter of NAFA. A graduate of University of Phoenix/Towson, Terri is also active in her community, and is the first woman to achieve lifetime membership after 25 years as a volunteer with her local fire department. Terri and her husband, Jon, who have two boys of their own, recently became grand parents for the first time!
